Liquip The Liquip offers a range of single wrap Cartwheel/Catherine style hose reels suitable for aviation fuels.

Liquips AHR250 Series reels are proven in commercial, military and mobile fueling applications.

Cartwheel style hose reels are a convenient method of storing a quantity of fuel delivery hose. When the fill point is located at varying locations the required length of hose can be dispensed and rewound by hydraulic or manual means.

Liquip can also offer custom builds the incorporates a hose guide or “chute” and nozzle stowage, to which interlocks are usually added to help prevent drive away accidents and product spills.

    Technical Information
    AHR250 Cartwheel Hosereel Series
    Max allowable working pressure 2,100 kPa
    Periodic Service Annually remove and repack bearing on the inlet side of the reel.
    Mounting

    Support frame not supplied (see Datasheet for mounting dimensions).

    Inlet flange is to suit 75mm (3”) TTMA – 8 off 3/8” BSW x 25mm deep blind threads on a 124mm PCD.

    Inlet can be positioned on either side of the Hose Reel.
    Operation

    Dispense: Un-hook nozzle and dispense hose to the required location. 

    Rewind: a hydraulic motor (supplied separately) or manual mechanism is used to rewind the reel such as rotating the outer rim. 

    The hose nozzle storage (supplied separately) can be fitted with interlocks to help prevent drive away accidents and product spills.
    Rewind Options Manual or Hydraulic.

    Variants AHR250A Hose Reels: suit hose OD from 86mm to 110mm.
    AHR250B Hose Reels: suit hose OD from 56mm to 85mm.
    AHR250C Hose Reels: suit hose OD from 25mm to 55mm.

    AHR250A: Hosereel suit hose sizes from 86mm to 110mm OD and will accept 2" (50mm) ID hoses with hose beads.

    AHR250B: Hosereel suits hoses sizes from diameter 56 mm to 85mm OD and will accept 1 1/4" (32mm) ID and 1 1/2" (38mm) ID hoses with hose beads, or 2" (50mm) ID hoses without hose beads.

    AHR250C: Hosereel suits hose sizes from diameter 25mm to 55mm OD and will accept 1 1/4" (32mm) ID and 1 1/2" (38mm) ID hoses without hose beads.
